Nina & Katie to spend weekend in England With the two day break in Irish Racing prior to the Galway Festival, Nina Carberry and Katie Walsh are heading cross channel in search of success. Nina will ride the Dandy Nicholls trained Abbondanza in the first race on the card at Ascot tommorrow the Longines Handicap (Ladies Race). This colt is likely to go off near favourite having won five times in a row before finishing a close third on his last start at Redcar. Katie is booked to ride Pegasus Again, who is not without his chance either in what is a very competitive handicap. The two travel to Carisle on Sunday where again they have a ride apiece in the same race, the Stobart Ladies Northern Derby Bowl Handicap. Here Nina takes the ride on Oneofapear while Katie is aboard the Tom Dascombe trained Brouhaha.
