Nolan does a Ballydoyle with 1-2-3-4 at Wexford Paul Nolan sent out the first four home in Wexford’s Bet With Tote On Racing & Sports Maiden Hurdle over two and a half miles, with 33/1 chance El Bilo running out a facile winner under Jordan Gainford. The winner, unplaced in a recent Punchestown bumper on debut, had his task greatly simplified as odds-on favourite Huntin Boots propped on the approach to the first and lost rider Jack Kennedy and market rival Square Neckar stopped quickly after a mistake three out. From the latter juncture, the Jet Away gelding, owned by Manverton Limited, powered clear to win by 20 lengths from Well Friend. "I have to say that was unexpected," said Nolan who was doubling up after The Two Degrees in race three. “I was a little bit disappointed with him in his bumper, but then at the same time, when you look at that, he was only beaten 11 or 12 lengths and it was maybe better than it looked. I thought he'd run better than that. “He was the fittest horse in the race there really after what happened to Gordon's (Elliott, Huntin Boots) at the first. Jordan (Gainford) said he was aware that he was after having a run, so he said he'd take on the horse in front and went on. "He jumped well for a horse having his first run over hurdles, he had loads of schooling done." On having the first four home; "God, I'd say that's the first time I've had the first four home anyway, whatever about first and second. I don't think I had. It was great to do it at my local track."
