Paul Nolan will be represented by Joyeux Machin and Feet Of A Dancer at the eagerly anticipated Dublin Racing Festival at Leopardstown this weekend.

A four-time winner, Joyeux Machin will revert to hurdles for the Race And Stay At Leopardstown Handicap Hurdle, a Listed contest over three miles.

"Joyeux Machin is in good form. We were obviously disappointed with him in the two-horse race with Lucid Dreams and Sean (Flanagan) wasn't happy with him from flagfall," Nolan revealed.

"He's switching back to hurdles and so far you would question if he’s any better over fences. We're hoping that the trip (three miles) will be in his comfort zone and the ground won't be too bad at Leopardstown.

"He either runs a shocker or well, he has that bit of inconsistency about him. We would love to eradicate that but on his day he’s a decent horse."

Successful three times from her last four starts, the progressive Feet Of A Dancer will take her chance in the opener on Sunday, the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Paddy Mullins Mares Handicap Hurdle.

"She is in right form and will go for the mares race," the Co Wexford handler added.

"She got 12lb for winning the last day and won very snugly. I think she improved for the step up in trip but the prize money for this race is very good.

"The plan was to wait for this and hopefully she can improve off a mark of 125. She's only five and hopefully there is more to come from her."
