Oscar Rebel's Thursday Return Liam Burke expects to be able to determine the season's plans for promising mare Oscar Rebel after she runs in Thursday's Total Event Rental Hurdle at Punchestown. The six-year-old has won her last three starts, two at Grade Three level, which included one over course and distance on her latest outing at the end of April. "I am not 100 per cent sure if she will stay hurdling - we'll see on Thursday," said County Cork-based Burke. "There are a few mares' races to run in, but she is a point-to-point winner and chasing is an option. "She never shows a lot at home so I was quite surprised what she did last season, but she seems to be working better this year."
