Over 1.5 million in prize money at Fairyhouse Easter Festival All 23 races at the upcoming Fairyhouse Easter Festival are fully sponsored with over €1.5 million in prize money up for grabs at the three-day meeting from March 30 to April 1. Irish Grand National sponsors BoyleSports recently extended their ten-year sponsorship of Ireland’s most valuable National Hunt race with the BoyleSports Irish Grand National again boasting prize money of €500,000 on Monday April 1. There are two Grade 1 races on Sunday March 30 with the WillowWarm Gold Cup and the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Honeysuckle Mares Novice Hurdle both worth €100,000. RYBO continue their long association with the feature on Saturday March 30, the RYBO Handicap Hurdle, also carrying a €100,000 prizefund. O’Driscolls Irish Whiskey, Race Displays and Envirogreen Building Services are all new sponsors at Fairyhouse over the Easter weekend. The former will sponsor the Grade 2 Juvenile Hurdle on Monday April 1 in addition to their partnership with Horse Racing Ireland Racecourses as official whiskey partner. Rathbarry & Glenview Stud celebrate 15 years of sponsorship of the Grade 2 Novice Hurdle also on Easter Monday. Fairyhouse has a lengthy list of local sponsors including Tattersalls Ireland, Tom Quinlan Electrical, Cawley Furniture, Leinster Reinforcements, the Kenny Family, Paddy Kehoe Suspended Ceilings, Ryan’s Cleaning, Donohue Marquees, Fairyhouse Steel, McInerny Properties and Farmhouse Foods who are all continuing their association with the Easter Festival.
