Pandorama has Gold Cup dream

A big run in the Hennessy Gold Cup at Leopardstown next month could book a place in the Cheltenham Gold Cup for Pandorama.

Noel Meade's eight-year-old has four Grade One successes to his name, three of them at the Dublin venue including the Lexus Chase at Christmas last time out.

He will return on February 6, where he is one of 18 entries for the three-mile showpiece.

Meade said: "We'll go for the Hennessy and see how that goes.

"If that went well it (Gold Cup) is what everybody dreams of and we'd love to go for it.

"The ground is important to him, though. It would have to be good to soft at least, but we've got a long way to go yet."
