The son of Inns Of Court finished well in first-time blinkers to land an apprentice rated race by half a length before Christmas and is scheduled to come back for more. Thorne said: "There's a nice '85' mile for him next Friday - similar conditions and he is set for that. "He won well and the handicapper gave him 4lb. He looks like a horse that could go in again. "Jamie (Powell) gave him a lovely ride and hopefully he will be around next Friday, I think Jamie is missing the first two meetings back (in Dundalk)." Perfect Judgement's trio of victories in the book came for three different trainers - Thorne, Jack Davison and Ado McGuinness.
