Officials at Perth have called a precautionary inspection for 8am on Tuesday ahead of Wednesday's meeting.

The track are due to race on Thursday as well, but heavy rain over the last few days is proving a cause for concern.

Conditions are currently described as soft, heavy in places with showers possible on Monday or Tuesday, so an early check is required.
