Pink proves tough to land nursery double Pink Venom toughed it out in rough weather conditions at Cork to record back-to-back nursery wins. She knuckled down inside the final furlong to post a length-and-three-quarter success over Whosinterviewinwho as the wind and rain battered the course. "She is a nice filly who did that well. We probably hit the front too soon but once I had her rolling on that ground, I wanted to keep her going,” said Coen. "Hopefully she can stay progressing and is a very genuine filly.
