Present set for Navan Some Present is poised to make a quick return in Sunday's 'For Auction' Novice Hurdle at Navan. Among the nine left in the Grade Three is the much-vaunted Dunguib, but his trainer Philip Fenton is likely to save him for the Royal Bond at Fairyhouse later this month. Some Present was a distant second to Dunguib in the Cheltenham Champion Bumper and after winning on his debut over hurdles, was just touched off by another smart sort Sweeps Hill in a tactical event at Punchestown last week. "There's a good chance he'll run, as long as the ground doesn't go heavy as I wouldn't want him to have a hard race at this stage of the season," explained trainer Tom Mullins. "Our best trip is probably going to be a bit further than the two miles and I suppose Dunguib could end up there too, but we wouldn't be jumping away from him."
