Following a superb 4 days of racing Punchestown takes a mammoth drop in class for its concluding session on Saturday where quantity rather than quality is very much to the fore. The first of another eight-race card gets underway at 2.00pm and here Corskeagh Thunder and Satcoman can battle it out for the spoils. The RFL Steel Hurdle is the richest race of the session with Mick Halford's Ikdam Melody taken to come out on top at the expense of Catalpa Cargo. The division of the concluding 2m2f bumper has resulted in the 8-race programme and while Move Yourself deserves a change of luck in the first leg Pedina gets a confident vote to make it 3rd time luck in the finale. Balreask Lady might be the solution to the 2m handicap hurdle following the recent wet spell while See The Lady gets a tentative vote to prevail in a very open looking 67-95 handicap hurdle over three miles.
