Rain set for Curragh

Surprise Investec Oaks winner Dancing Rain is set to bid for further Classic glory in the Darley-sponsored Irish equivalent at the Curragh on July 17th.

Sent off at 20-1, the William Haggas-trained filly made all under Johnny Murtagh at Epsom to see of the Kieren Fallon-ridden Wonder Of Wonders by three-quarters of a length.

Haggas told Sky Sports News: "I would think she goes there (the Irish Oaks). She needs to be supplemented so we will see how she is. I think the owners would be very keen to go if she's well."

Blue Bunting, the 1000 Guineas winner and 9-4 favourite took fourth place with Frankie Dettori banned for 10 days (June 17th-27th) for failing to ride out for third.
