Raydara confirmed for Sun Chariot Raydara tries to strike at the highest level in the Kingdom Of Bahrain Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket on Saturday. Mick Halford's filly has tried Group One company twice before, finishing down the field in the Irish 1,000 Guineas and taking fourth in the Matron Stakes most recently. Last year's English 1000 Guineas winner Miss France is the only absentee from the five-day Sun Chariot confirmations. Andre Fabre has decided to leave the filly in France to run in the Prix Daniel Wildenstein instead, but he is still strongly represented by Esoterique. She beat the boys last time out in the Prix Jacques le Marois and comes up against Sir Michael Stoute's Integral for the fourth time, with the score currently at two-all. Integral won the race last year but has not been seen since disappointing behind Amazing Maria at Royal Ascot. Also travelling from France are Bawina, second to Odeliz in the Prix Jean Romanet most recently, and Maimara, who was not far behind Ervedya in the Prix du Moulin. Martyn Meade's Irish Rookie, second in the French Guineas earlier in the season, Roger Varian's supplemented Realtra and Mick Channon's Goodwood winner Malabar are not without a chance either. Barry Hill's Fadhayyil also stands her ground.
