Henry de Bromhead was another to record a double at Kilbeggan tonight when Pat O's Rock ran out a wide margin winner of the mares bumper.

John Gleeson made all on the 85/40 favourite and asked her to kick crossing the road in the twwo-mile-three contest.

The five-year-old, who had been a promising fourth on her debut at Wexford last month, soon opened up and galloped on powerfully to record a 12 length success.

The winning rider said afterwards:-

"I'm delighted with that. She's a nice mare. She had a good run the first day in Wexford.

“Henry thought she came forward from it and she did. She did it nicely.”

De Bromhead had also struck earlier on the card with Splendid Fellow .
