Rowayton's connections to appeal Connections of Rowayton, eighth behind Mt Weather at Bellewstown on Friday night, are appealing the decision of the local stewards to find them guilty under the non-triers rule (Rule 212). Rowayton was banned from running for 42 days, her trainer Muredach Kelly was fined €1,000 and her rider Andrew Thornton was banned for 10 days. Andrew Coonan will represent connections of the once previously successful five-year-old, rated a lowly 57, at the appeal.
