Sakhee at Sandown Sakhee will continue his preparations for the King George And VI Queen Elizabeth Diamond Stakes with a workout at Sandown tomorrow.Godolphin`s Juddmonte International and Prix de l`Arc de Triomphe winner will travel 10 furlongs of the Esher track as he limbers up for a crack at Ascot`s mid-summer showpiece on July 27.Frankie Dettori will be on board the Bahri five-year-old and they will be joined in the racecourse gallop by Sydenham (Richard Hills), Atlantis Prince (Jamie Spencer) and Divine Task (Ted Durcan).'The Godolphin team have been pleased with the progress Sakhee has made over the last few weeks and he is now ready for a racecourse gallop,' racing manager Simon Crisford told www.godolphin.com today.'All being well this will put him right on schedule for the King George.'Crisford added that Godolphin may have more than one representative in the #750,000 contest over a mile and a half.'Depending on the ground, he could be joined in the King George line-upby the Prince Of Wales`s Stakes winner Grandera,' Crisford added.Sakhee, who also finished a fine second to Tiznow in the Breeders` Cup Classic, disappointed on his reappearance this term when only third behind stablemate Street Cry in the Dubai World Cup at Nad Al Sheba on March 23.He headed the International Classifications for 2001, giving him the accolade of best horse in the world.
