Seven To Face Magic Show

Tingle Creek Chase winner Twist Magic will face a maximum of seven rivals in Saturday's Victor Chandler Chase at Ascot.

The Paul Nicholls-trained six-year-old gained favouritism in the Seasons Holidays Queen Mother Champion Chase market with a three-length defeat of Voy Por Ustedes in the Sandown contest in December.

Stablemate Hoo La Baloo finished fourth on that occasion and could renew rivalry at the weekend, as could Tingle Creek fifth Ashley Brook.

David Pipe has left in Pablo Du Charmil and Boylesports.com Gold Cup winner Tamarinbleu, while Arthur Moore's Mansony could also take his chance.

The nine-year-old was winning his second Grade One when proving too strong for Nickname over the Christmas period, in a race that saw Schindlers Hunt take third.

Dessie Hughes' charge has also been confirmed for the Victor Chandler, along with likely outsider and 106-rated Pauntley Gofa, who completes the eight-strong list.
