"I've only ever had one runner at York and he won, so it's so far so good there. Ralston Road dead-heated with Clever Cookie in a Listed race," said Shanahan. "This is a really competitive handicap, but he's a very nice horse. He'd been running in Dubai and was just touched off at Hamilton by a decent filly, trying to give her weight. "He's Listed-placed, so we know he's got quality, and as long as there's no jar in the ground, he'll be fine. "There are showers forecast so he should be OK."
