Trainer Joseph O'Brien made it three winners on the afternoon as the well backed favourite Shavasi romped home under Dylan Browne McMonagle to take the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Handicap at Bellewstown.

Tracking the pace in mid division on the 6/5f (from 9/2); McMonagle went third behind Vega's Muse and Gloriously Glam over two furlongs out.

Coming through between horses to lead over a furlong from home, Shavasi quickened clear to score eased down by two-and-a-half lengths.

That winner left McMonagle seven ahead of Colin Keane in the jockeys championship.

Dylan Browne McMonagle said: "Exactly (gives O'Brien options after handling that ground), she handles nice ground as well. She is very versatile.

"She is probably a little better than those today. She is very solid and I think we are yet to see the best of her.

"She had a bad draw in Leopardstown the last day and I had to use her early to get a spot. I didn't really finish, but today I had a good draw and was able to just get comfortable in the box seat and she quickened up well.

"She has got a lot of pace. She is in Dundalk tomorrow over seven furlongs, she is not short of a bit of boot.

"She is a very solid filly and she has got a little bit of class."
