Michael O'Callaghan has earmarked recent Dundalk winner Sky Watch as a horse that he is looking forward to seeing in a Guineas trial in 2026.

The Starman filly took a barrier trial at Naas in May before three racecourse outings during her juvenile season.

She began her racecourse career with a sixth place in a Curragh maiden in June, and then finished third on testing ground in Galway at the end of October.

She created a good impression when keeping on strongly to land a fillies' maiden by almost three lengths on the Polytrack at Dundalk last month.

The trainer said: "Sky Watch is the filly I have always held a soft spot for.

"All year, things never really went to plan and I was very encouraged by the way she did things at the back end of the year.

"She went to Galway 75 per cent, it was a kind of run into her and put her away. She came out of that race so well we said we would come here (Dundalk) and get her maiden out of the way, and have her for a trial. It worked out that way.

"She had a nice little break after her win here, and she'll hopefully be ready to start off in a trial."
