Sligo good as watering continues

Watering continues at Sligo ahead of this evening's jumps card with the ground still good at the north-west venue.

The forecast is for a dry and warm day ahead. Action kicks off at 5.25pm

Following a dry day yesterday Killarney is now good to yielding for the Flat and good for national hunt. Watering continues on the national hunt track and showers are forecast for tomorrow.

Following watering and no rain Kilbeggan is now good ahead of Friday's card. Watering continues and it is set to be mainly dry with the possibility of 2-4mm of rain prior to racing.

Following watering on Monday and Tuesday Ballinrobe is good ahead of their fixture next Monday.

There is the possibility of 5mm of rain today and then to be mainly dry Thursday andFriday.

Forecasters are predicting the possibility of 5-20mm of rain over weekend.

Officials are monitoring the situation regarding further watering. Races will take place on the outer loop.
