Sligo ground eases slightly The ground at Sligo has eased slightly ahead of their Flat fixture this afternoon. It is now good to yielding, yielding in places and there is the possibility of showers this afternoon. Following 10mm of rain overnight, the ground Down Royal is now good to yielding, good in places ahead of tomorrow's card. It is set to be mainly dry today with the chance of isolated showers. Rain is forecast from early tomorrow, turning heavy later in the day. Ballinrobe is good ahead of racing there on Tuesday. The forecast is for approximately 15-20mm of rain tonight into tomorrow morning with scattered showers on Tuesday. Gowran Park also race Tuesday and Wednesday. It's currently yielding, good to yielding in places. There could be up to 12mm of rain tonight into tomorrow.
