The current testing conditions at the Curragh are expected to suit Snapraeterea in the Irish Lincolnshire on Monday.

Joseph O'Brien's charge was a Listed winner in soft ground at Tipperary last October and is set to make his seasonal debut in the €100,000 handicap at HQ.

The son of Buratino is joint top-weight in the mile contest.

Assistant Sean Corby said at Dundalk on Friday night "The slower the ground the better for him, you'd imagine he would have a good chance.

"He's a classy horse and he was running well towards the end of last season, so hopefully he is still in that form."
