Completing a double for Joseph O'Brien, So Must I upstaged stable companion Arrietty in the concluding Bar 1 Betting Download Our App Rated Race.

While failing to make an impact on her first two starts, the successful Sottsass chestnut wasn't beaten far when sixth on her latest outing and upped in trip this evening, she was sent off at just 4/1 (6s early).

Racing in third under Declan McDonogh, she was pushed along from early in the straight and came with her challenge a furlong and a half from home.

Soon edging to the front, she was kept honest by the aforementioned Arrietty (11/8f), with half-a-length ultimately between them.

Joey Sheridan was aboard the runner-up, with the front pair drawing six-and-a-half lengths clear of the third.

"There was no hiding place, to be fair. They went a good, even pace and I didn't really get sucked into it. I was happy to just follow in the trail," McDonogh reflected.

"She's from a stout-staying family-pedigree and I thought the last day she finished out the race well.

"Step up in trip today, small field.

"I picked up well - I could see what he (Joey Sheridan, Arrietty) was doing, but she was tough and genuine."

O'Brien was earlier successful with Lady In Gold (25/1) in the fourth.
