James Fanshawe is in no rush to commit Speedy Boarding to future targets following her disappointing run at the Curragh.

Having turned in a career-best performance to land the Group Two Prix Corrida in France on her penultimate start, connections were looking forward to a return to Group One level in the Pretty Polly Stakes.

However, the four-year-old finished last of five in a race dominated by the dual Classic heroine Minding and Fanshawe is keen to let the dust settle before considering his options.

He said: "It was a slightly strangely-run race, but nothing would have beaten Minding. She (Speedy Boarding) maybe ran a bit flat as she had only recently had the trip to France.

"She will have a break now and we will get her right and bring her back in August.

"She is still in the Nassau Stakes at Glorious Goodwood, but we might go for something else."
