Spencer Appeal Date

Jamie Spencer will be at the Jockey Club on Thursday morning to appeal against a four-day ban which would rule him out of the Vodafone Oaks and Coronation Cup.

Spencer was found guilty of careless riding on Dubai Venture at Newmarket last Friday and was suspended for May 31 and June 1-3 inclusive.

The ban would mean he couldn´t ride on the first day of the Vodafone Derby meeting next Friday but he will now contest the length of the penalty in a hearing starting at 9.15am.
