Sprint cancelled at Tipperary

The five-furlong handicap at Tipperary on Thursday has been cancelled after the sprint track was found to be unraceable today.

The round track is fit for racing and the ground is currently heavy, soft to heavy in places.

The cancelled Glenvale Stud Handicap had been due to be the first of a seven-race Flat card. The race will now be held at the Curragh on Sunday, 26th August.

Bellewstown have updated their going description after the track received 2.3mm of rain today.

The Flat course is good to yielding, yielding in places while the jumps track remains good to yielding as described this morning.

The Co. Meath track race on Wednesday and Thursday.
