Storm brewing in Saval Beg Nebula Storm will try to build on his encouraging seasonal debut when he lines-up for the Saval Beg Stakes at Leopardstown on May 29. Trainer John Oxx is targeting the lightly-raced four-year-old at the Listed contest over a mile and three-quarters after he got within half a length of multiple Group 1 winner Fame And Glory at Navan on Sunday. "The winner there was obviously a bit rusty but we were delighted with our fellow," said Oxx. "He's a bit of a lazy horse at home. We knew he'd run well, but we weren't quite sure he'd run that well. He's been in good shape since the race, and we'll probably run him in something like the Saval Beg Stakes at the end of May. "But we will have to see how he copes with faster ground. It has to be seen if he's as good on good to firm as he was on the slow side of good. He seemed to stay well on Sunday. I wasn't sure he would, but he seems to have enough stamina."
