Straight for World now for Fishers At Fishers Cross will head straight for the Ladbrokes World Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival after bouncing back to form at Prestbury Park on Saturday. The seven-year-old looked a staying hurdler to be reckoned with when winning at Cheltenham and Aintree last spring, but disappointed on his first two starts of the new campaign in the Long Distance Hurdle at Newbury and the Long Walk at Ascot. Rebecca Curtis' stable star looked much more like his old self when going down by a short-head to shock winner Knockara Beau in Saturday's Cleeve Hurdle, finishing ahead of the returning Big Buck's and earning himself a return to Cheltenham in March. Frank Berry, racing manager to owner JP McManus, said: "It was nice to see At Fishers Cross come back to himself. It was a nice run and he has come out of the race good. He'll go straight there (for the World Hurdle) now." Another potential World Hurdle contender for McManus is the unbeaten More Of That, trained by Jonjo O'Neill. The six-year-old secured his fourth win from as many starts with a smart display in last month's Relkeel Hurdle at Cheltenham and is set to have another run between now and the Festival. Berry said: "More Of That will have another run somewhere, but where, I don't know. "Jonjo has a few things in his mind, but it will come down to the weather and ground. "He's in good form and Jonjo is happy with him."
