Supple out of action for up to 3 months Willie Supple has fractured 3 vertebrae in his neck and another vertebrae in his spine following a fall he got on The Curragh gallops Tuesday morning. Supple was riding work for trainer Paul Deegan when his mount suddenly dropped dead. Turf Club Medical officer Dr Adrian McGoldrick said, "Willie will probably be in a neck collar for up to 3 months, he is still in Tallaght Hospital but hopes to get out tomorrow. He is in good spirits and he's lucky it could have been more serious."
