Swallow Swoops In Hollywood Dermot Weld's Grey Swallow cruised to an emphatic five length victory in the Grade Two Jim Murray Memorial Handicap at Hollywood Park on Saturday night.The five-year-old former Irish Derby winner had far too much class for his rivals and was pushed out by Alex Solis to land the odds at 3-5.His nearest rival was the former Paul Cole-trained handicapper Brecon Beacon who is now in the care of Doug O'Neill.It was Grey Swallow's sixth career victory and the first time he has raced outside of Group One company since winning a Listed race at Leopardstown in April 2004.'He's an ex-champion of Ireland ? joint champion three-year-old and Irish Derby winner,' Weld told www.thoroughbredtimes.com.'He was a Group 1 winner last year and it's nice to see him come back and do it the way you would expect him to.
