Tapestry among Coronation seven Aidan O'Brien has just Tapestry entered as the trainer bids for an eighth victory in the Investec Coronation Cup at Epsom on Saturday. All seven of O'Brien's wins have come in the past 10 years, courtesy of Yeats, Scorpion, Soldier Of Fortune, Fame And Glory and three-time winner St Nicholas Abbey. He may rely on last year's Yorkshire Oaks heroine Tapestry, as she features among seven horses entered for the Group One contest. French raiders Flintshire and Dolniya are also among the acceptors. Dual Group One-winning Flintshire finished second in the race 12 months ago and will attempt to give trainer Andre Fabre a record-equalling seventh success in the mile-and-a-half event. The five-year-old has also run some impressive races in defeat, including runner-up in last season's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe and Breeders' Cup Turf. Taking on the Khalid Abdullah-owned colt for a fourth successive race will be the Alain de Royer-Dupre-trained filly Dolniya. Although Flintshire had the four-year-old behind him in the Arc, the daughter of Azamour has taken victory on both occasions the pair have clashed this year, in a conditions race at Chantilly and, most recently, in the Dubai Sheema Classic. The Richard Hannon-trained Pether's Moon will attempt to put a below-par effort in the Jockey Club Stakes at Newmarket behind him on his first visit to the track, while John Gosden's Romsdal bids for a second victory of the campaign. Completing the field at this stage are the David Simcock-trained Sheikhzayedroad and Ayrad, who could represent trainer Roger Varian.
