Three fillies have been supplemented at a cost of €22,500 into the Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes, the highlight at the Curragh on Sunday where admission will be free to all as the sponsors mark their 50th year in Ireland.

The Andy Oliver-trained Sendmylovetorose, My Special J’s trained by Pat Shanahan and Richard Hannon's Sky Lantern have all been supplemented as 21 fillies stand their ground at the five day stage.

“She is in super form and it’s all systems go for Sunday,” reports Andy Oliver of Sendmylovetorose. “She is a light moving filly, and although she has won on soft ground, we think she will appreciate the likely better ground at the weekend.

"She has really thrived since her victory in the Cherry Hinton Stakes at Newmarket back in July.”

Pat Shanahan is also looking forward to Sunday with My Special J’s as he bids to bag his first Group 1 success having won the race as a jockey on Chelsea Rose in 2004.

“The filly is in great form and we are confident of a big showing,” remarked Shanahan. “My Special J’s is a good mover and will appreciate faster ground. She has improved both mentally and physically since winning the Keeneland Debutante Stakes at the Curragh last month and I would not swap her for any other horse in the race.”

Sky Lantern is unbeaten in two runs so far and is one of four British trained fillies remaining in the race, the others being Jillnextdoor, Just The Judge and Orpha.

Harasiya and Diamond Sky, second and third respectively behind My Special J’s last month, also stand their ground, while Aidan O’Brien can choose between Greek Goddess, Il Palazzo, Magical Dream and Snow Queen.

Dermot Weld has a strong hand in the Group 2 Irresistible Jewel Blandford Stakes with Sapphire and Caponata to choose from.

The race has attracted 14 entries, including three from Britain in Nahrain, Sea Of Heartbreak and Set To Music. Devotion, Soon, Twirl and Up are the four Aidan O’Brien-trained candidates for the ten furlong contest.

The Group 3 Go And Go Round Tower Stakes has attracted an entry of 24 including Awakened Spirit, Boston Rocker, George Vancouver, Lightnin Hopkins and Parliament Square.

Famous Name is the star name among the 23 entries for the Group 3 Refuse To Bend Solonaway Stakes. The one mile contest has also attracted Starspangledbanner, Takar, Fulbright, Caponata and Lady Wingshot.

The first race is scheduled for 2.15pm, while the fashion and style will be an important element of the day with the Newbridge Silverware Search for a Style Icon competition taking place.

Judges including 2012 Rose of Tralee Nicola McEvoy, legendary television and radio presenter Gay Byrne and Eva Maria Bucher-Haefner of Moyglare Stud will select one lucky lady who will receive a magnificent VIP prize courtesy of Moyglare Stud at the unique White Turf Horse Races on the snow in beautiful St Moritz Switzerland, together with a €5,000 voucher from Newbridge Silverware

An exciting variety of free entertainment for children will also take place in the garden enclosure, including face painting, bouncy castles, the RACE horse racing simulator and the Giddy Up Club with the chance for kids to learn all about horse racing and meet some famous jockeys.

There will be live music from the No 1 Army Band, Pud and his band, Mark Boylan and The Badgers.
