Tiger Roll has been given an entry in the Boyne Hurdle at Navan on Sunday, a race he won three years ago.

The dual Grand National winner has also used the Grade 2 contest as a prep race before Cheltenham for the past two years.

Gordon Elliott's charge was last seen finishing down the field in handicap company at Navan last month.

Top-rated performer among the 18 entries is the Willie Mullins-trained Saldier, who would be bidding to bounce back to form after a disappointing show over three miles at Leopardstown over Christmas.

Ronald Pump, runner-up in the 2020 Stayers Hurdle, is another big name aiming to return to form in the two-mile-five contest after a below par run over the festive period.

The Grade 2 Ten Up Novice Chase has attracted ten entries and Elliott is responsible for three of those, headed by Troytown winner Run Wild Fred.

He has been placed in Grade 1 company at Leopardstown since his wide margin success in the prestigious handicap at the Meath track in November.

Elliott could also be represented by another classy Gigginstown runner in Farouk D'alene, who was narrowly denied in Grade 1 company at Limerick over Christmas before chasing home the classy Stattler at Naas last time.

The Noel Meade-trained Beacon Edge is another possible contender for owners Gigginstown.

He has already bagged a Grade 1 prize, in the Drinmore Chase, this season and could bid to get his season back on track after a fall at Leopardstown earlier this month.
