Top Trio Head Prix de l'Arc Eight

A maximum field of eight will go to post for 85th running of Sunday's Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe, with William Hills 5/2 co-favourites, Hurricane Run Deep Impact and Shirocco all standing their ground.

Sixties Icon, a facile winner of this year's St. Leger at York has been supplemented into the line up, following the owners decision to let the three year old take his chance in the Group 1 contest.

Andre Fabre, could have three in the race, with defending champion Hurricane Run, Shirocco and Prix Niel winner Rail Link, all standing their ground. The Frenchman is still available at odds of 4-7 with Hills to train his sixth winner of the race this Sunday afternoon.

As expected Aidan O'Brien's pair, Dylan Thomas and Alexandrova have been withdrawn from the Longchamp showpiece, while Geoff Wragg?s Dragon Dancer, Mandesha, Championship Point and French Oaks runner-up Germance will also miss the race.
