Sacrificial is in the mix for the Topaz Mile at the Galway Festival after his fine run at Royal Ascot.

The Ger Lyons-trained three-year-old, owned by Qatar Racing, finished third in the Britannia Stakes, winning the race on his side of the track.

"I'll still be looking at high-class handicaps for him," said Lyons.

"He's run a cracker at Royal Ascot, and won the race on his side.

"The way he races I think he's still well handicapped.

"Races like the Topaz at Galway and the Irish Champions Weekend meeting we will have in mind for him."
