Trip to France likely for Queen A trip to France beckons for Majestic Queen after her encouraging run at Fairyhouse on Sunday. The five-year-old mare turned in a typically game effort on her Godolphin debut to finish second behind Ainippe in the seven-furlong Brownstown Stakes. Majestic Queen is now likely to run at Deauville in the six-and-a-half-furlong Prix Maurice de Gheest on August 9, after which the Betfred Sprint Cup at Haydock in September could come into play. Trainer Tracey Collins said: "She ran a very good race at Fairyhouse and was only beaten by a very good filly. "There was no disgrace in that, and she's come out of the race very well. "We're lucky in that she's a flexible, competitive horse who is versatile and loves racing. "The plan is to go to France for the Maurice de Gheest and she's also in the Haydock Sprint Cup."
