Trix set for Lexus Nicky Richards has confirmed Money Trix as an intended runner in the Lexus Chase at Leopardstown on December 28. The strapping nine-year-old has won seven of his 11 starts but was made to pull out all the stops in his last race at Kelso by Belon Gale. "Money Trix is going over to Ireland, all being well," said Richards. "He seems to have come out of his last race well. He had quite a hard race at Kelso, and gave the middle fence down the back a right old whack." "It was a funny race as they let that young lad (Ryan Mania) get away out front but he slowed it down and when Brian (Harding) was about to close up he got us racing earlier than we wanted.
