UTTOXETER MEETING TO GO AHEAD Racing is set to go ahead at Uttoxeter after a planned 7.30am inspection was cancelled following a dry night.A slight frost was reported overnight at the English track with the temperature down to -1C but that had risen to 2C before dawn. It is forecast to get higher during the day. The first race is 1.05.There was also a slight frost at Wolverhampton (-2C), but no problems are foreseen at the all-weather track where racing starts at 7pm.
