"I was surprised to see him bang there turning for home at Cheltenham but he had really run his race to get there," the trainer told At The Races. "He worked on Tuesday morning and Ali, who rides him at home, said he felt much better than he has been so hopefully he'll go to Punchestown. "We'll probably go over a longer trip next time, two miles over hurdles is probably too sharp for him."
