Trainer Dermot Weld been speaking about future plans for a trio of his brightest prospects:

Purview: “He’s come out of his run (second at Leopardstown) well and we’ll make up our mind during the week whether he’ll run in the Royal Whip at the Curragh on Saturday or the Prix Nureyev in Deauville on Sunday.

“He’s a big horse who is coming together nicely.”

Swelter: "She is coming along nicely and is back in full swing.

“We are looking at the autumn for her and she loves a cut in the ground.”

Hazdann: "He’s in great order but he has to have a dig in the ground.

“The weather forecast seems to be for fine weather so it will be a few weeks before we get him out.”
