Weld's plans for Rock Dermot Weld has made a red-hot start to the season and he could not be happier with the condition of stable star Fascinating Rock ahead of his likely return to action in the Camelot Mooresbridge Stakes. Winner of the Champion Stakes at Ascot last season, his first major target this term is the Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh. Before that, though, he will head to Headquarters on May 2 for the Group Three. "We're delighted with him, he'll probably run in the Mooresbridge as a possible prep for the Tattersalls Gold Cup," Weld told At The Races. "He's developed into a magnificent colt. Winning the Champion Stakes last year was an excellent performance and we've a lot to look forward to. "We'll see how he gets on after that but he's in good order. "We've won 14 races, a Group race, a few stakes races and plenty of prize-money, the horses are healthy and well and running very well."
