Wexford meeting rescheduled for next Wednesday Horse Racing Ireland has announced that the Wexford meeting, which was scheduled for Sunday, March 17, but was cancelled due to a waterlogged track, will now be held on Wednesday, March 27. Entries for this meeting will close by 12 noon on Thursday, March 21 with declarations to run to be made by 10am next Monday, March 25. Details of the race programme will be announced later today. Following the cancellation of the three sprint races at Naas on Sunday due to ground conditions, two additional races have been announced for the card on the round course. The King Of Change At Compass Stallions Handicap is a three-year-old handicap for horses rated 47-70, while the NSL Investments Handicap is for four-year-olds and upwards rated 47-65. Both races will be run over seven furlongs.
