Wexford off today and inspection tomorrow After 35mm of rain last last night, Wexford has been cancelled today and tomorrow's card will need to pass an inspection. IHRB Clerk of the Course Paul Moloney said: "We've had 35mm or rain overnight here at Wexford and, unfortunately, the track is not fit for racing at present. Some parts of the track are holding a little too much water following that volume of rain in a relatively short space of time from yesterday evening. "The forecast for today does appear to be more favourable with just a passing shower and the lads on track will do everything they can to try and make sure we are racing tomorrow. We will inspect again tomorrow morning at 7.30am to determine if we can race on Monday." Meanwhile, today's National Hunt action in Galway gets under way at 12.41pm and the going is heavy after 20mm of rain overnight. A mainly dry today is forecast with the possibility of approximately 1-2mm of rain tomorrow.
