Wexford to inspect tomorrow Wexford will stage an 8am inspection on Sunday morning, following the recent wet spell of weather. Clerk of the Course Niall Madden reports “following a further 10mm of rain since our update at 8am this morning, the ground at Wexford is now soft to heavy. "We have had over 40mm of rain at the track since Thursday but it has taken it verv well. It does look like the heaviest rain today is now beyond us, however, we could still get a further 8mm of rain by this evening. There is a more favourable forecast tonight into tomorrow morning before the rain returns in the early hours of Monday morning. "Due to the current conditions and with some further rain forecast we will hold a precautionary inspection at 8am tomorrow [Sunday] morning.”
