WILLIAMSON MISSES FONTWELL

Norman Williamson has decided to give up his rides at Fontwell today after bruising a shoulder in a heavy fall at Navan.

He underwent physoiotherapy on his right shoulder after coming to grief on Squasquas at the third-last flight of a hurdle race on Sunday, throwing the jockey to the floor.

But the jockey has elected not to take up his three booked mounts at Fontwell this afternoon.
