Zeb aims to bounce back at Punchestown

Big Zeb will put his Seasons Holidays Queen Mother Champion Chase credentials on the line at Punchestown on Sunday.

The nine-year-old is reported to be in fine shape as he bids to redeem his reputation in the Tied Cottage Chase on Cheltenham Trials Day at the County Kildare track.

The talented two-miler was sent off favourite for the Tingle Creek at Sandown in early December but could only finish a distant fourth behind a rejuvenated Twist Magic.

"Touch wood he's fine, we're happy with him and he's entered for Sunday. Fingers crossed he'll be there," said trainer Colm Murphy.

"We backed off him for a while after Sandown and got stuck back into him after Christmas. Hopefully all will go well there on Sunday."
