Harvest Bow completed an across the card double for Gavin Cromwell, as she flew home to land the last at Leopardstown, the Ryan's Cleaning Handicap.

Previously trained by Noel Meade and Damian English, the daughter of Intikhab ran a fine race to finish third on her debut for Cromwell in May.

She disappointed on her four starts since and was well-beaten in the race won by No Thanks at Galway last week.

Sent off at 28/1 this evening, the five-year-old was settled in mid-division by Gary Carroll and was pushed along in eleventh as they entered the straight.

It wasn't until just over a furlong out that she really got going, powering to the front inside the final 50 yards, going on to score by three-parts of a length in the colours of the Club Twenty One Syndicate. Mountain Fox (16s to 11s), who looked set to score from the furlong pole, had to settle for second under Scott McCullagh for Frank Oaks, while Oliver McKiernan's Presto (22/1 to 15/2) was another three-and-three-parts of a length back in third. Alghazaal was backed from 9/1 into 9/2 favouritism but he could only manage a disappointing eighth under Chris Hayes for Kevin Prendergast.

Carroll said afterwards: "It's the first time she's had a good ease in the ground for a while which I think she needs.

"She needed every yard of the trip today but she’s tough and tries hard. Hopefully if she gets her ground again she’ll win again.

"She ran well here earlier in the season when finishing well in an apprentice race over a mile and a half."

Cromwell earlier won the opener at Sligo with the well-backed Faith Du Val
