Oliver McKiernan

Punchestown Tue, 13th Oct, 2026  Another Challenge the last evening in Roscommon was the biggest lift we got with that horse, as it took a long time for the penny to drop with him. I thought he was very disappointing for a year or two. I bought him from Jimmy Mangan and he said to me 'Oliver, you might find a better horse when he jumps a fence' and that's exactly what happened and he jumped very well in Roscommon. This evening was a good battle and he had to work. He's a good ground horse and if it doesn't change, we might get a run into him in Naas soon. It's great to win at my local track, which is only 10 or 15 minutes from home.
