Rain is forecast so Whatsyourstatus' plans could be well scuppered again. He is well handicapped over hurdles but needs a sound surface. Ounce of Gold ran well on handicap debut last-time but is 4lb higher while Positive Thinker disappointed at Tipperary on his last run and returns from a mini-break. Tomas O Maille is 1lb ahead of the handicapper followed a recent runner-up effort at Galway but his quick reappearance isn't ideal. Dorans River has been in excellent form but is nonetheless an ageing 13 year old. Conna Cottage was claimed at Sligo last month and debuts for his new owner/rider.
